Hi! I'm Helen
I'm an experienced prenatal yoga teacher and birth preparation specialist, having taught hundreds of women and I'm also a mum of two.
In the Blissful Birth Method you'll discover how I help my clients go from feeling anxious about childbirth to gaining the confidence to have a positive birth experience.
Through my years of experience working with pregnant women and through my own birthing experiences, I've developed a practical method around 'birth rehearsal' that enables women to access their inner power.
Drawing on these experiences, I've developed "The Blissful Birth Method" to share my practical knowledge and successful strategies with expectant mothers to guide them through childbirth. This course isn't just about birth preparation - it's about embedding a tool kit of practises and techniques so that when it comes to childbirth, it that feels instinctual and satisfying.
Whether you're a first time mum-to-be or have or are already a mum, "The Blissful Birth Method" provides you with the clear strategy to facilitate your baby's entry into the world, to help you manage pain during labour and to feel more in control and better equipped to handle unexpected situations.

Learn breathing techniques for each stage of labour. These breathing exercises can help you stay calm and centred during the contractions of labour and are an effective tool for managing pain, achieving rest and relaxation between contractions, and for birthing your baby.

Through doing a birth rehearsal you can build confidence and reduce anxiety through practise, ultimately leading to a more positive birthing experience. Rehearsing your childbirth helps you address any fears or concerns, allowing you to feel more in control and better equipped to handle unexpected situations
